Development layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island among the photographs.
Also featured in this new document drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing various parts of the land.
In addition to this are what look to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring designs for boat shelters.
Further images disclosed as part of the continuing investigative release.
